Mike Capone is corporate vice president of product development and Chief Information Officer for ADP (Nasdaq: ADP), a leading provider of human capital management services and one of the world's largest providers of business process outsourcing solutions. Under Mr. Capone's leadership as CVP & CIO, ADP has earned accolades for its technology leadership and innovations. Mr. Capone is a 25-year veteran of ADP and has held positions in product development, information technology, and operations. Prior to becoming CVP & CIO, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of ADP GlobalView, an award-winning multilingual, multicurrency human resources outsourcing solution. In this role, he led ADP's efforts to develop a global HR BPO business for large multi-national corporations in partnership with SAP. In addition to his day-to-day responsibilities, Mr. Capone is a trustee for ADP's charitable foundation and serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations.
