Cogitating the cognitive setting
In the picture, 33 Tehama Street is visible as the brightly sunlit tower under construction in the background. A San Francisco police cruiser and two policemen still blocked access to the street on Feb. 16. The Galvanize incubator site is just across the street from the tower. The suspect elevator is in the center of the tower, not the yellow one on the outside.
